27 weeks!

Today I went for my weekly check up, 27 weeks, drank the cup of sugar (glucose test- eeekkk), had an ultra sound and look what we got to see (below)! It was amazing to me once again to see how a sweet little baby can really grow with in my womb! I fell in love yes once again as I looked at the ultra sound screen- "really is that really my child, and a girl"....I thought! Ellie is measuring perfectly! From all her measurements she is weighing 2 lbs, 7 oz! Since I am 27 weeks we are so so thankful that she is growing so much! I could have jumped off that table with excitement as the lady told me that she looks so healthy and everything couldn't look better! Seriously? I haven't had the greatest track record when is comes to pregnancy so I am somewhat nervous at times to heard what the weekly news is! But, today even though I am still on moderate bed rest- I couldn't have been more thrilled! My blood pressure are perfect, my weight gain was a little under what most 27 weeks prego girls have gained, and the most encouraging part was- Ellie is growing, developing, and staying inside- we made it another week!!!!!!!!! Graham went to our ultra sound with us, we are trying to talk about his little sister and the idea of another baby- but I am not so sure he is really understanding the idea, and secondly- he would like to enjoy all the attention as long as possible! Why not?
Thank you for prayers- they are being answered! Take a little peek!
Here is a little picture of her foot!

That's awesome news, Shelli! Glad she's still "baking" and safe and sound in there. Congrats on 27 weeks, hopefully she'll stay a while longer!
