In December Amie (Mike's sister) took this sweet picture of Grandma Walker and Sam. Yesterday afternoon, Mike's grandfather Charles Walker went to be with the Lord after his bride came to visit him in the nursing home he was in. The Powell/Woods/and Morrow family will miss this man, but rejoice as he is out of pain now and being loved by our Lord. While on this earth he served our country in war, and loved anything to do with history. His dear wife Ellie was an incredible wife to him and we all know she will miss him greatly. Please keep her in your prayers during this adjustment period. She is a positive lady of love and always fights through her pain with trusting in her Heavenly Lord. The service is Friday April, 24th....all of his grandchildren will be there at heart! We love you sweet grandma Walker and will be praying for you! 4-21-2009
