busy few weeks....

Finally I am getting a little time to post a little blog here! We have been so busy the last few weeks. Going back a few weeks we had Easter. We had a quiet Easter Sunday, after church we had our neighbors over, Aunt Jenn, Uncle Jamie, and baby Lilly over! It was fun for me to cook my first Easter lunch for everyone and make the traditional bunny cake! It was a beautiful Sunday to remind us about our unbelievable Savior and what He did! Mike and I later that afternoon took the nap of our life time. We rarely have time for naps anymore with an active little one around...but while Graham had his afternoon nap...we took one too!

Then last week we had a little "walk" date with our cousins Will and Logan. They are getting so big so quickly...it is amazing to see how well they are doing and adorable they are. Aunt Terra has got all her tricks down...when I walked in the kitchen to meet her for our walk she was holding two bottles and feeding them both in their highchairs....It was so funny to see her in action! We love our little nephews so much and love watching them grow!

Friday night Mike and I left for the weekend to go on a marriage retreat called, Outback! We left Graham for the weekend with some friends Friday night, and my mom and dad sweetly came in town Saturday morning to stay with Graham Saturday and Sunday. Mike and I needed to "getaway" and be together just the two os us. The retreat was so encouraging to be reminded that God created marrige to be such a beautiful thing! And we met some fun other couples who didn't get any sleep either since we all slept in tents with our hubbies! There were 5 couples in our huddle group....and we were team orange. A guy in our group came up with our team name to be the "orange crushes," why?? Because the guys in the group still have crushes on their wives! We had fun camping out, meeting others, getting away, and most of all we had the opportunity to recite our vowels again to one another!

Here is camp Bliss where all the married couples slept. Notice the tents were VERY close to one another...therefore I heard 2 men snoaring all night long, and everytime someone got out of their tent to go to the bathroom...we heard it! But, it was fun! Mike can sleep through anything!

Mike and I had just hiked up a mnt for our morning devotion together.. it was breath taking (literally)! haha!

Here are a few sweet pictures of Bi Bi and POPS with Graham over the weekend. They are precious with him as they play with him. Bi Bi had a sweet moment with Graham, he fell asleep on her lap while she was have some quiet time with him to calm him down. She said ,"if she could freeze that moment forever she would!" Pops had a big time with Graham swinging...Graham loves spending time with his grandparents....thank you for letting Mike and I have some time together.
