get away

this week mike went to calloway gardens for a night with his company.  at the very last minute the 3 of us decided to join him for the night and a day of "not so normal" life.  We walked trails, road bikes, saw beautiful butterflies, slept in a cabin, all shared a room, and had a little change of pace from b-ham.  It was beautiful, great to be a family of 4, and be renewed by god's sweetness he so freely gives.

 this is what the kids thought about going to see daddy and get away for a night...they were so excited!

 this boy is all boy.  he loves his bike so much, he could ride and ride on his bike for hours, and he did at the gardens!  i just walked behind him in amazement at how big my boy has gotten and how thankful my heart is for this fun loving child.

 graham couldn't have been more excited to be playing outside, wearing a helmet, and being one wild boy!

 sweetest thing being so sweet in the stroller- staying warm and taching all the butterflies in the green house.

 i had to get this....we were walking and i looked up and graham had his pants down and just was helping himself to the restroom- like i said- all boy!

                                                    my precious blessings!  so thankful!

                               we wore them out....graham was out in about 5 minutes in the car.

 and little sister was out in about 8 minutes....they had a fun trip! thanks daddy for letting us join in your fun for a night!
