Hop Hop Hop!

Happy Easter!

It sure was fun to have a toddler in the house this EASTER! Graham loved wearing his dressy (click click's as he called them) to church on Sunday with his baby blue outfit on. He walked around the house as fast as he could b/c his shoes made so much noise. He could have cared less about an easter basket (truly) so we really didn't make a huge deal about his basket on easter day. Our family of 4 plus mike's parents all went to church, it was Ellie's first time at church. What fun we had showing her off to so many that have been so faithful to pray for our family and our baby girl! I never knew dressing kids for easter could be such fun. But at the same time I never want to get wrapped up in all the hoopla of Holidays and not take the sweet time to acknowledge was our Savior did! We would say to Graham, "He has Risen"- and he'd say "WUUUHOOOOO!" So never the less our house was full of joy Sunday morning.

Graham opening his easter basket on Monday! All our cute dress up pictures are on my father-in-laws camera- so once I get those I'll post the kids all dressed up!

After church we had Mike's parents over for a Sunday lunch. I made a fun lunch and the traditional bunny cake for Graham. He thought it was the coolest thing ever. At one point I catch him sitting on his knees at the table taking a few jelly beans off the cake....going hmmmm good! What a mess!
Graham trying a peep- no one in our fam likes these, but Mike has to buy a pack every year just for kicks!

After walking through what we have with our Ellie- life does seems a bit sweeter and things that mattered before don't seem to matter quite at much. Sitting in church Sunday next to my hubby- holding his hand- and looking at the baby car seat with Ellie in it- singing about the greatness of our God...the day was wonderful!
