CHOO CHOO!

Yesterday we had a great day! Mike was able to take the day off for a little time with the fam! He's been super busy recently providing for our family so we thought we needed a day just the 4 of us. It couldn't have been a more beautiful day. We packed all our gear up and headed to the zoo for the afternoon. There is a train we rode at the zoo and since graham's 2nd birthday is next wed and we are having a train party- we decided to take him on the train! Graham was super excited to ride the train- he must have said "choo choo" 100 times that day! We needed some time together as a family. As you all know- Mike is an incredible worker and has been going non-stop recently-so for us all to be together on a work day was great fun!

Graham is getting so big! I CAN'T believe next wed he will be 2! He is starting to act more and more like a little boy- it's so sweet but makes me wonder how in the world has he gotten so big!? I love all his new words- love for keys- playing outside- giving ellie kisses- and calls out every member of our family a few times a day! He does love choo choo's right now and airplanes!

Here we are at the zoo with the two kids! Double stroller the greatest thing ever! Ellie loves strolling around and took her morning nap at the zoo while graham played on the playground.

Ellie did great and is getting big too- we are already in 3-6 month clothing...she flew through 0-3 month clothes. As a mom I am trying so hard to enjoy each stage with my kids- some are for sure enjoyable than others- but after seeing how quickly it goes with g..i am trying to love on el through all her quiet naps, sweet coos, and just her baby sweetness!

Do you see Graham in the midst of all the school kids. There were lots of field trips at the zoo so graham just jumped right in with the kids and played. This was our first time to see him respond so much to other kids. Mike and I were cracking up. He would take these girls hands and run back and forth with them to the slide! He had a blast. Of course as I was watching him play with the big kids- I got teary eyed seeing him act so big. He has been such a joy to our family- grandparents, neighbors, his love for life and others is such a blessing to many!

Look at Graham as his little friends under the bridge....there he goes with his two girl friends...i am in trouble with the girls....=)
