What we've been up 2!

Oh how we love the weekends! Daddy is home and we all get to have lots of fun all together. Graham wakes up on the weekends so excited because he knows his daddy is home! This morning (mon) he woke up calling "da da" and daddy had already left for work. But, thankfully Graham is a very happy boy when he wakes up! I think God knows for sure how much we can take- b/c the last week Graham has been sleeping until 8 am! He is normally my alarm clock- at 7:15 am! And since we are up with ellie in the night and early morning it's a treat for us to have him sleeping until 8! I am absolutely trying to soak in every moment of having a baby in the house. It is non stop going- but fun for me as a mom. I like a little challenge and staying on my toes a little- so as you can see it is march and the laundry has gotten a little behind- so we are still celebrating Christmas in March! haha! This morning Graham kept pointing to his pj's saying ho ho ho!

This weekend we had a fun quick visit from Aunt Amie (Mike's youngest sister!) Amie is the one that introduced Mike and I 8 years ago! What a fun fact, huh? She came to meet Miss Ellie and take some AMAZING pictures of baby Ellie. I am saving most of them for our birth announcement- so once we got those out I'll share her talent with you all! Lets just say she got some amazing shots of our kids, and our new family of 4! I think I could cover all our walls in our house with my kids. It's quite humorous to Mike- he thinks I have a love for frames...but babies and kids change so much it's so fun to capture the moment with a picture! Amie was so sweet to come and visit with us! We loved having her here! Thanks so so much for coming! If any of you want some great pics, she comes to b-ham quite a bit, but lives in the atl area...check out her stuff!


So as you can see- here is mike sleeping in the chair with ellie. I tell you...Mike loves loves loves his little girl. Even in the midst of the wee hours of the night- he is willing to help. Now, we've both been more tired than normal and for sure been tested..but ellie keeps us kicking! We really can't complain at all with the sleeper she has been so far. Mike has been a huge blessing to me the last 3 weeks, watching him father 2 kids, work, do a side job addition for some sweet friends, and still manage having quality family time. Thanks Mike for giving yourself to us, loving on us constantly, and being you!
