I love the weather change, the fall colors, pumpkins, cider, all of it! Last week my parents came in town to have some fun with Graham! Not only were they helping me around the house, they had a blast playing at the park with G, and the highlight of the week was taking G to a local pumpkin patch! Graham loves playing with balls, so when he saw all the of the pumpkins he thought all of the orange pumpkins were balls! He would run to the small ones and pick them up, and there they went.....although it was funny to see him get so excited about all of these "balls" we had to control him at the same time!
I loved watching Graham pick out pumpkins! Bi Bi and POPS were there helping control Graham's excitement!
Here is my sweet dad, he is carrying a pumpkin (HA) and as I am carrying Ellie! It was so nice to get out of my house for a little bit, and watch Grahambo playing!
Yesterday (Wed) I went to the doc for my weekly check up! Thank you all for being so thoughtful to check in on me so much! With this being my (almost) 5 weeks of laying low, I thought I would be going absolutely crazy by now. Yes, I do have my days were I'd love to go do a little shopping, or get out a bit more, but your prayers, cards, texts all bless Ellie and me! I am thankful to know that Ellie is doing great! Nov the 4th we will have a high tech ultra sound to see how much she is weighing and making sure everything is developing! I am measuring about 2 weeks ahead of my due date, which to me, it a blessing b/c if I do have her earlier than normal hopefully she will be a little further along than we thought! My blood pressure is still behaving at this point, so thankful for that! I am trusting God has this time of "rest" for a perfect reason!
My contractions are still about the same! But, nothing else has progressed, which is huge! My doc yesterday said the reason she is still in me is from laying low! So, for all of you that have brought meals, watched Graham, taken him to the park, thank you thank you thank you! When Ellie makes her grand entrance we will all rejoice with thanksgiving!
