Relaxing weekend!

Our weekend was wonderful this weekend! The weather was amazing here in B-ham and Mike, Graham and I just chilled all weekend together! We had nothing going on at all! It was the first weekend in 4 months we haven't had company, a shower, somewhere to go, nothing at all...and it was well needed!!!! Friday we were able to stroll around the mall with Graham after grabbing some yummy Mexican food! He loved watching all the people! Saturday morning Mike and I got up and went strolling together to a yummy breakfast spot close to our house. Then we played with Graham around the house, and did some odds and ends that needed to be done around the house! We had a fun visit at the Cawoods house to have a little play time with our nieces and nephew, Liam, Emma, and sweet little Lilly! After that daddy let mommy go down to the BJCC to do some fun Christmas shopping at the Cotton Tail Village! I was having a blast finding Christmas gifts for our little guy....it is really fun shopping for kids! Then Saturday night we spent a little time with our dear friends, Taylor and Meredith to visit with Graham's new g/f Bayliss...she was born this week...Graham has been so excited! And to top our night off Megan and Chip came over and we had a cookout! Miss Megan is pregnant and we are excited for her to have her little Wyatt any day now. She is quite ready herself to see her little guy!
As you can see the beautiful fall pictures above and below, our little family took our first hike all together Sunday afternoon! Mike found a great day hike for the three of us to do. So we packed a Publix sub up after church and headed to our hiking trail! It was amazing to get Graham out in the fall weather. Graham was loving it being outside with hanging out with both mommy and daddy. The hike was about 45 minutes each way (up then down) so I carried Graham up, and Mike carried him down. On the way down he feel asleep...he looked like a little baby doll strapped around Mike. We loved seeing God's amazing creation all together as a family! The leaves couldn't have been more alive with color! Great trip Mike! Thanks for planning it!
Graham and his sweet daddy....Mike was loving every minute with Graham being in the outdoors with his son...it was a priceless memory as a family!
Sleeping!
